The house.
6 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 kitchens. Furnished, in-unit laundry, private entrance.
Renovation status
The house is being renovated now. Rooms are photographed as they're finished and posted here as they're done.
Kitchens
1 full kitchen and 1 kitchenette, one in each unit, so six people are not sharing a single worktop. The appliances below are the full kitchen.
- Stove
- Microwave
- Air fryer
- Blender
Reverse-osmosis filter, plumbed to the tap and to the ice maker. Filtered water from the tap and in the ice, not a jug in the fridge.
Laundry
in-unit laundry.
Parking
4 spots on site at $50/week, subject to availability. Street parking otherwise.
The lot is cleared through the winter. Distances to each facility →
Internet
A business-tier connection rated 300 Mbps down and 100 Mbps up. That is the plan rating.
Entry and access
Front door: 8 steps up to the first floor.
Back door: level with the street, then steps immediately inside.
There is no step-free route into the house or to any bedroom. See Accessibility.
Rooms and rates
Half of each room rate is the same for every room — private lockable door, bathroom access, kitchen, internet, cleaning, cameras. The other half scales with the room's floor area against the average for its unit. Third-floor rooms are then reduced 10% for the climb. A month is priced at 4 weeks, the same for every room, so a monthly stay is about 8% below the weekly rate over the same period.
Those are asking rates. Longer stays, multiple rooms and agency bookings are priced differently — ask. Unit and whole-building rates are quoted on inquiry.
Each room is shown per week and per month. The monthly rate needs a stay of at least 31 days.
Every bedroom is on the second or third floor. The house is stairs only; there is no lift.

In every bedroom
Every bedroom will have the following from September 2026. The desk is in the room — it is separate from the three in the business center.
- Bed — queen in every room except Room 4 (twin)
- Air conditioning — its own window or portable unit, set in the room
- Closet with hanging space
- Side table
- Dresser or armoire
- Small desk and chair
- TV
The air conditioning is per room and set in the room. Six people on opposing shifts do not have to agree on a temperature, and someone sleeping through a July afternoon can cool their own room without cooling the house.
Outside the bedrooms, the shared areas are held at 71°F year round. Shared areas are held at a steady temperature year round rather than set by whoever is up.
Ice
Unit A has a commercial ice machine, so cold water is never the thing you are waiting on.
The house is being renovated, so this is what each room is being furnished with rather than an inventory of what is in it today.
Business center
A dedicated room with 3 desks. Each has a monitor, keyboard and mouse on a single dongle, so one cable from your laptop is the whole setup — nothing to carry, nothing to reconfigure. There is a printer. Three of six residents can work at once without anyone using a bed or a shared kitchen table as a desk.
Access
PDQ electronic locks on every door, including each bedroom. There are no keys to collect or hand back, and access can be issued or revoked per door without changing a lock.
Monitoring
A Ubiquiti camera system covers the entrances and the outside of the building. Stated plainly because it is something you should know before you book, not on arrival.
- 2× Doorbell camera — One at each entrance
- 2× Bullet camera — Outdoors, covering the exterior
No camera covers a bedroom, a bathroom, or any interior space.
Full access to live view and recorded footage for every resident. That cuts both ways in a shared house: you can see who is at the door, and so can everyone else living here.
Internet is provided.
Floorplans
Drawings show the intended layout. The house is being renovated, so treat these as planned rather than installed until a plan is marked as-built.
