Rates, availability, services and dates on this site are published in good faith and can change. Nothing here is an offer to lease, and nothing binds either of us until there is a signed agreement. Submitting the inquiry form does not reserve a room.

Pre-leasing

The house is being renovated. Occupancy is targeted for September 2026 and no specific day is committed until we say so in writing. Services shown with a future date are not running yet — the date is when we expect them to start, not a guarantee.

An inquiry is not an application

The form on this site starts a conversation. The rental application is a separate document, completed off-site, and it is that process — not this website — that decides whether a room is offered.

Rates

Room rates follow the published rule: Half of each room rate is the same for every room — private lockable door, bathroom access, kitchen, internet, cleaning, cameras. The other half scales with the room's floor area against the average for its unit. Third-floor rooms are then reduced 10% for the climb. A month is priced at 4 weeks, the same for every room, so a monthly stay is about 8% below the weekly rate over the same period. Unit and whole-building rates are quoted on inquiry. Rates can be adjusted for length of stay, multiple rooms and agency bookings; any adjustment follows criteria applied the same way to everyone.

Fair housing

Equal Housing Opportunity. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, national origin, disability, age, marital status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law.

No affiliation with health systems

We name nearby hospitals as landmarks and measure travel times to them. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or in partnership with any health system, and nothing here should be read to suggest otherwise.

Accuracy

Distances and travel times are measured, and the method and date are stated where they appear. Traffic and circumstances vary — confirm anything you intend to rely on. Where a fact is not yet known, this site shows a visible placeholder rather than an estimate.

Third-party content

The commute page embeds a map from Google, subject to Google's own terms. We link to other businesses; we do not control their sites.
