The short version
This site has no accounts, no logins and no advertising. It collects what you type into the inquiry form and nothing else. Loading the map page shares your IP address with Google.
What the inquiry form collects
Your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, role and facility. Your intended contract start and length, how many people will stay, whether you are bringing a pet or need parking, and anything you write in the message box.
We use it to answer your inquiry. It is sent to info@detroitmedfocusproperties.com and is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.
What it deliberately does not collect
Nothing on this site asks your age, date of birth, marital status, household make-up, income, employment history, or immigration or citizenship status. There is no rental application on this website — the application is handled separately, and screening information belongs there, not here.
Who else sees data, and when
- Google. The home page loads a Street View image and the commute page embeds Google Maps. Loading either sends your IP address and browser details to Google under their own privacy policy. This happens without you clicking anything.
- Amazon Web Services. The inquiry form posts to our own endpoint on AWS, which emails us the contents. Server logs record the request time, the origin and the requesting IP address. They do not record what you typed.
- Google Workspace. Our email runs on it, so inquiries land there.
- GitHub. Hosts these pages and may log requests.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. The embedded Google map may set its own cookies once it loads.
Cameras at the property
This concerns residents rather than visitors to this website. A Ubiquiti camera system covers the entrances and the outside of the building — 2 doorbell camera and 2 bullet camera. No camera covers a bedroom, a bathroom, or any interior space. Full access to live view and recorded footage for every resident. Footage is retained for a limited period and reviewed only in connection with an incident at the property.
How long we keep inquiries
We keep inquiry emails only as long as needed to answer them and keep a record of the conversation. Write to us to have yours deleted.
Your choices
Write to info@detroitmedfocusproperties.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will respond within one business day. You can also simply email or call instead of using the form.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
